Half day visit to this magnificent house high in the South Downs between Emswoth and Petersfield with fabulous views. The house was wrecked by a fire in 1989 but the National Trust decided to restore it to its original splendour, but conserving the correct decor and using as much of the salvaged fabrics etc. as they could. Wonderful job.
Visit to West Dean College Gardens, a twenty minute drive north of Chichester. We were lucky with the weather, managing to be in the Cafe during the two spells of rain.
A day trip with our good friend Graham Faul. Perfect day out (apart from the traffic going down to Poole)

Around 80 images taken this morning of the determined people walking 26 miles to raise a staggering £102k for Cancer Research. Enough to fund a top researcher for three years. Well done to all the organisers and walkers. Fantastic job!

I have uploaded a new Gallery called London through a Fish Eye. This was my first real outing with a new lens, so there is still a bit to learn on how to use it. Let me know if you have any comments. Thanks
Since I retired my priorities have changed.
